4. Creator content and payouts

Creators retain ownership of the content they publish and are solely responsible for ensuring it complies with law and these Terms. Payout percentages, schedules, and minimums shown in the product are subject to change with notice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

Content involving minors in any form, real or simulated.
Non-consensual content, including recordings shared without the subject's consent.

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FansWantMore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
